Reciprocal Status. Individuals may bring in, or receive by direct shipment, up to two cases of wine per month for private use and consumption from states affording New Mexico the same reciprocal privilege. (¶7257)(N.M.S. Chapter 60,§60-7A-3).

There is a limit on volume of total shipments from a winery to each consumer over a specified period of time.
This region has a limit of 2 cases per individualper month for combined onsite and offsite sales with the following exception: Case to contain no more than 9 liters..
